Speech language pathologists are covered under most insurance benefit plans. We provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed.
Our SLPs provide comprehensive formal and informal assessments in order to accurately obtain an overview of our clients' areas of need and establish therapy goals. Each assessment includes a brief report called a treatment plan.
In the case of twins, the assessment fee will apply to each child and the duration of the assessment will be longer.
If there are multiple areas of concern, the assessment may last longer than one hour.
This option is for those clients looking for more intensive weekly therapy or for clients wishing to include parent/caregiver training as part of their intervention. Please note in the case of twins or siblings this fee will apply to each client. Offered both in-person and virtually.
Our most common option for weekly therapy. Offered both in-person and virtually.
Thirty minute therapy sessions are provided in the following scenarios:
- Virtual sessions
- For those clients that cannot tolerate longer sessions due to attention or behaviour.
- For clients requiring brief follow-up sessions.
Communication Disorders Assistants (CDA) are support personnel that are supervised by a registered speech pathologist. Assessment and goal setting are provided by the SLP at the SLP rate. Every 8 weeks the SLP will observe the session either in-person or virtually. This session will be charged at both the CDA and SLP rate, inclusively. This is a requirement for supervision. Please check with your insurance provider to ensure they will cover CDA services prior to booking.

Payment is processed at the end of every therapy session. We accept all major credit cards and provide you with an electronic receipt that you can submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed.
